Contract creation and signing
Upon selecting your land lot and matching house design to fit within your budget, you then enter into a land purchase contract.
Your land purchase is subject to you receiving a satisfactory construction quote from our resident builder within 3 weeks of signing the land purchase contract.

Sarah - our fabulous builder concierge - will send you all the documents prior to your discussion about customising your home. She will assist you with everything from ensuring the builder has sent initial documents out, managing all processes with the builder, help in choosing colours palates, ensuring construction start dates are on time and generally managing the builder right through to completion, thereby removing any headaches and time constraints for you.

All approved floor plans have a minimum of three bedrooms and double garage. Property types range from free standing home, duplexes and terraced homes. All designs are approved yet easily amended where required.
