Upon selecting your land lot and matching house design to fit within your budget, you then enter into a land purchase contract.

Your land purchase is subject to you receiving a satisfactory construction quote from our resident builder within 3 weeks of signing the land purchase contract.

Step 3 - Engage Sarah, Build Concierge

Engage Sarah, Build Concierge

Sarah - our fabulous builder concierge - will send you all the documents prior to your discussion about customising your home.  She will assist you with everything from ensuring the builder has sent initial documents out, managing all processes with the builder, help in choosing colours palates, ensuring construction start dates are on time and generally managing the builder right through to completion, thereby removing any headaches and time constraints for you.

What are the prices?

How do I select a builder?

We have pre-selected and vetted builders who can work with you to achieve your ideal home designs and interiors.

Are the plans already approved?

Yes - unlike most new land estates where the buyer has to obtain approvals from council. We have done all the hard work for you. If you choose to alter the plans we can assist with that too.

What lots are available?

Are these project homes?

No - these are custom homes built to a high standard of quality and finish. You can choose the design scheme to suit your preferences and discuss any wishes you have with the builder with the assistance of your Ocean Estate Concierge.

What are my floor plan options?

All approved floor plans have a minimum of three bedrooms and double garage. Property types range from free standing home, duplexes and terraced homes. All designs are approved yet easily amended where required.

Are these homes good value?

Yes - we have done an in depth market review to better understand comparative values for new build properties in Port Macquarie and similar areas.
